Mark III Construction, Inc. is a Sacramento, CA based contractor founded in 1976. Mark III prides itself for delivering quality commercial and industrial projects. Since its inception, Mark III has stayed true to our focus: ensure client satisfaction by completing projects quickly, competently, on time, and for the lowest cost possible.

After founding Mark III as an electrical contracting firm, principals Mark and Tim O'Brien quickly saw the construction industry's costly inefficiencies. Traditionally, commercial and industrial projects require several outside firms and a subcontractor for almost every trade.

Today, Mark III has additional partners, Jennifer O'Brien Cooley, Dan Carlton, and Mike O'Brien, but the message remains the same. Construct a cost-effective on-time project using a various combination of in-house trades to provide the maximum amount of client satisfaction.
